On-Site Safety Supervision

Every Oilind Safety Supervisor assigned to a project has a thorough understanding of safety procedures and site specific requirements to insure the safety objectives through project completion.

“Expect the Unexpected”

This is the credo that our on-site safety supervisors are trained to live by.  Oilind Safety’s job is to ensure that all contingencies are covered and that emergencies can be handled calmly and swiftly.  There should be no question of the response compounding an emergency.

A further goal is to make our presence on a project a positive factor for the customer.  Fore example, these are real benefits:

(a)      Project Managers can function with less stress knowing that important safety components are being continuously monitored.  Protective equipment is properly positioned and monitored.

(b)     Workers receive continual hands on monitoring and training.  Following industry accepted formats; this training reinforces the basic course knowledge.  Subjects covered include how to don protective equipment properly, reading of gas detection equipment and assistance in the proper completion and control of work permits.
